Kate Marolt

Creative Catalyst, Body Alchemist, Founder of Camp Fireheart

Equal parts fierceness, playfulness, and magic sparkles, Kate Marolt is an artist, embodiment coach, yoga teacher, and founder of Camp Fireheart. She works with visionaries, creatives, academics, and other brilliant world-changers to ground their ideas into their bodies, hone their power and energy, and to heal any trauma, blocks, and pain so that they can see their visions through to reality and so that there is no limit on how far they can go in their lives.

She believes joy is our natural state, and that playful curiosity is the key to success: in creative endeavours, relationships, body freedom, and purposeful work. A forever student at heart, Kate is continually seeking out ways to deepen and expand her own knowledge in service of the work she is doing in the world. She is dedicated to creating a reality where all women feel at home in their bodies and feel like they have the resources and agency to live a creative, fulfilling life.

Between her various liberal arts degrees, background in art and design, countless fitness certifications, over 1000 hours of yoga training, and years of energy work, Kate uses her knowledge of energy, the physical body, and creative pursuits to create fun, dynamic workshops all about understanding your energy, cultivating your creative power, having a great relationship with your body, and connecting to the magic and wild within you.

Kate is also obsessed with glitter, little white fluffy dogs, peanut butter anything, and reading the entire sci-fi/ fantasy section of the library.

Paula Mosier

Soul Seer, Ceremonial Healer, Tree Oracle

Paula is often a seeming contradiction in terms. A soul seer, shamanic woman, ceremonialist, earth lover, healer, tree oracle and mother of 3, who also drives a really fast convertible roadster named Jack. She loves to drive fast, music thumping, top down, wind racing through her grey streaked hair.

Paula loves “the woo” and while she works in very non traditional ways, they are grounded and all about practical application. She knows healing because she has transmuted her own trauma. She’s had the opportunity again and again in life to choose differently than old patterns.

She doesn’t call herself a survivor. Paula feels everything that she lived had a purpose AND she has always been 100% at choice with what she decides to do with life experience.

She has created a gorgeous, joyful, peaceful life with her husband and three children, in spite of and truly, with the help of a very traumatic childhood. She learned that it doesn’t matter what experiences life has brought her, she can always choose a path that creates happiness. Part of her life purpose is to show others how to do the same.

Steph Maes

Belly Dance + Yoga Therapeutics Instructor

Stephanie Maes grew up in Bailey, Colorado and stumbled into the fitness world by accident. She was diagnosed with PTSD and on anti-depressants/ anti-anxiety medications at age 18. She had gained so much weight from the medications and was close to 200lbs at age 19. She had always struggled with body issues as a teenager, but this had taken it to another level. She decided to start going to bellydance classes to just start moving, and it was the most vulnerable she had ever felt at that time.

She fell in love with yoga shortly after, because it felt like dance to her. At age 22, she had planned on going to the police academy, but went to a yoga teacher training instead (one of these things is not like the other). Steph says, “I had no intention of teaching and had no clue as to why I was there, but I have ended up exactly where I needed to be.”

Steph completed her first 200 hour yoga certification in 2011, and has been attending as many teacher trainings as possible since then. She has also completed a 900 hour massage program at Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, and is in her second year of advanced training.

She is currently studying the 8 Elements of Belly Dance with Rachel Brice, and sharing the magic of dance with her students. Steph’s dream is to travel the world and learn as many dance forms from different countries as she can. She believes that dance is a very healing art, and wants to be able to share and teach what she learns to all who desire it. Everyone loves bellydance, they just don’t know it yet.
